Refund policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All mail orders will be shipped with a shipping company that will get your product to you the fastest. We currently offer shipping to Canadian addresses only.

Shipping times vary depending on location, but are roughly as follows:

2-3 business days (BC, Alberta)
3-4 business days (Sask - Man)
4-10 business (Rest of Can)

We ship every Wednesday, but occasionally that is not possible. Your order will always be shipped as close to our regular shipping day as possible!

 

REFUND POLICY:


Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee, tea, or food products.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund for the cost of the item will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted which is usually 2-3 business days.
