Who We Are
Carly and Michael share a love for coffee, community, and connection. They founded Raefen Coffee Roasters in 2018 to slow things down and connect with the people of Edmonton and beyond. Global travel and long-time experience in the culinary world has taught them about flavour profiles, roasting techniques, pairings, and more. Recently moved to the lovely Town of Stony Plain, AB, now they impart their wisdom by combining their knowledge, with a cheeky sense of humour, to create the perfect small batch coffee.
