Cogwheels & Cocoa
Inspired by my favourite syrup as a child, this grown up version is made with Valrhona cocoa which lends it a richer dark chocolate flavour. We are cheeky with this one and use it with our charcuterie boards when we have a spicy sausage and creamy cheese.
Use with coffee, cocktails, as a hot chocolate, with your charcuterie, or poured over a great tasting vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients: Filtered water, turbinado sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder, and vanilla beans.
